Health Insurance Leads are 100% Exclusive!

First year commissions may be advanced only on the submission of a fully completed health insurance or Medicare Advantage application after completion of a phone verification (a "Verified Application"). For a fully completed MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN application received by Select Care for which no phone verification has been completed, no commission advances shall be due, paid or payable by Select Care for the submitted application. Commission advances will be up to a maximum of twelve months as approved by your manager and Select Care.

Commission advances are made or not made at the sole discretion of Select Care. Commissions will be paid on applications that are not Verified Applications and such commissions will be paid "as earned" (i.e., 1/12 th, etc.). With respect to multiple applications received for the same Health Insurance applicant, Select Care shall advance and/or pay commissions only on (i) the first application received by Select Care Home Office from a Certified agent.

No interest shall be charged by Select Care on the debit balance from HEALTH PLAN or MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN enrollments.

For Issued and Placed Health Insurance policies or Medicare Advantage Enrollments (as defined herein) where Select Care receives and retains at least three months of premium, there is no charge back of any of the first year commissions advanced. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, there will be full charge back of all first year commissions if CMS rejects the application, or Select Care does not retain at least three months of premium from the policyholder and/or CMS, or CMS permits the enrollee to cancel based on allegations of agent conduct.

All commission with Select Care Partner charge backs may be charged against the next commission advance, earned commissions or otherwise offset by SelectCare against other compensation due or to become due to you.
